How to Connect (iPhone)
Step 1
Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the blue light starts flashing.
Step 2
Open the YW Tool app and allow the requested permissions.
Step 3
Go to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network:
YW tool-XXXXXX
Step 4
Return to the app and tap the connection button to start using the device.
How to Connect (Android)
Step 1
Press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds until the blue light starts flashing.
Step 2
Open the YW Tool app and grant all requested permissions.
Step 3
Connect to the Wi-Fi network:
YW tool-XXXXXX
Step 4
Return to the app and tap the connection button to begin using the device.
Troubleshooting
No image appears in the app
- Ensure that you have allowed the app to access:
- Local Network
- Wireless Data
- Wi-Fi
- Verify that your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network:
YW tool-XXXXXX - Restart the app and reconnect the device.
- If the problem persists:
- Restart your phone.
- Reinstall the app.
- Grant all permissions again.
Safety Instructions
- Clean the lens carefully with a cotton swab if the image becomes unclear.
- Use only suitable cleaning materials when cleaning the lens.
- Always inspect your surroundings before use.
- Keep the device away from children.
- Children should only use the device under adult supervision.
- Do not immerse the device in water or any other liquid.
- Slight heating of the lens during use is normal.
- This product is intended for personal care use only and is not a medical device.
- Store the device in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and corrosive materials.
